	When we deliver... All of our products/services are delivered to you on a weekly, every other week, or every four week delivery frequency. This is a scheduled delivery cycle you can depend on. Keeping in mind that any delivery is an interruption to your business, we are as efficient and non invasive as possible. We won't "pull the rug" from under your customer.
	What we specialize in... Saniserv is the exclusive licensee of the patented American Pad-Ex floor pad recycling system in Ohio. If your floor care maintenance crew is washing their own pads, the efficiency of the pad is reduced roughly 25% with each rinse. The decreased efficiency of the pad increases your labor cost considerably. Four or five rinses and the pad should be discarded. With the recycling process, each pad can be reconditioned 30-40 times - a cost effective and environmentally friendly alternative to buying new pads. With pad costs down, you may change pads more often, maximizing your machine/operator productivity. Using the American Pad-Ex process, Saniserv soaks the pads in a solution to release the soil and floor wax, rinses, coats and bakes to cure the pad in excess of 220 degrees. Good as new! If it sounds like too much trouble to store dirty pads for us to pickup, clean and deliver, consider this: It takes 1 gallon of crude oil to produce one new floor cleaning pad. Even if you recycle a pad only once, you've saved a gallon of oil! Based on your service needs, just store the spent pads on the pad poles we provide and call us when your ready for a pickup. Once processed, your good-as-new pads are delivered back to you.
